"For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities - His eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse." Romans 1:20

Prayer

Accepting Christ is the single most important decision an

outdoorsman can make:

Dear God, I want to know You personally.

I want to share my sporting lifestyle with you.

Thank You for sending your son Jesus to die on the cross for all my sins.

I open the door of my life and receive Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.

Please forgive me and cleanse me from my sin.

Thank You for forgiving me and giving me eternal life.

Take control of all my life, and I give you permission to

make me the person You want me to be.

Help me to be a better Christian Sportsman and share this lifestyle with others.

Amen.

Sportsman’s Devotional.com Prayer

Lord, help me to honor you this day
as I walk through your creation.
My spirit leaps like a deer because
of what you have done!

Help me accept the things I cannot change
yet remind me that above all else guard
my heart/attitudes for from it comes the wellspring of life
and help me consider other human beings more
important than myself.

Lord, where could I flee from your presence?
Help me to desire you above all else and always
more than outdoor manmade equipment.

As the deer pants for streams of water,
so my soul pants for you, O God.

O Sovereign Lord, you are my strength.
Keep me safe in our outdoor adventures.
Keep my equipment from failing.
Guide my bullet/shot, arrow or bolt for
quick clean ethical kills and give me the
wisdom to care for downed game.

Thank you for the abundant outdoor blessings
you have given us and the amazing intricacies
of your creation and the visual joy it brings to so many.

Lord remind me to take the time each day to read my
Sportsman’s Devotional and apply its lessons in my life.

O Lord, how great you are!
